Store Terms and Conditions

  1. You are required to carefully read these terms and conditions in their entirety, as a prerequisite to establishing a relationship between the parties.
  2. The store is intended for the purchase of products by internet users in Israel. Only individuals 18 years and older, who have an email address on the Israeli internet network, a residential address in Israel, and a valid credit card issued in Israel, are allowed to make purchases.
  3. A prerequisite for the validity of a participant’s purchase is the approval of the credit card company for the transaction.
  4. Browsing the store and/or purchasing the product and/or services offered for sale constitutes your agreement to adhere to the terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are requested not to use the store.
  5. Prices include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Regular Purchase

In a regular purchase, a limited quantity of products is offered at a pre-determined price. The sale process will be conducted under the following conditions:

  1. The store will display a list of products including all the details about the product or service offered for sale and the price as determined in advance. The sale is valid while supplies last.
  2. After adding the desired products to the “shopping cart,” the buyer will proceed to the “checkout” page, fill in their full details, and complete the online purchase process.
  3. The sale process will be completed after verifying the transaction by phone. Within 24 hours (on business days) from the time of order, the store will contact the customer by phone to collect credit card details and ensure the product is in stock and the order is complete.

Product Exchange

  • A product may be exchanged with a receipt within 14 days only. A refund will be issued as per the law within ___ business days for purchases over ___ ₪. The refund will be provided via the payment method used by the customer. A 5% or 100 ₪ cancellation fee, whichever is lower, will be deducted from the transaction.
  • The credit is personal and non-transferable or sellable.
  • The product may be exchanged for its value at the time of exchange.

Order Cancellation

“Order cancellation will follow the regulations of the Consumer Protection Act (Order Cancellation), 2010, and the Consumer Protection Law, 1981.”

  1. Generally, the customer has the right to cancel the transaction* subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law 1981 (hereinafter: the law: link to regulations).
  2. A product purchase may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product. The cancellation must be made in writing via fax or email directly to the store.
  3. In the event of cancellation, the customer will be charged 5% of the transaction value, but no more than 100 ₪, as per the law.
  4. If the product has already been supplied to the customer, the customer is responsible for returning the product to the store. The product must be returned in its original packaging, complete, and without any damage or defect of any kind.
  5. The customer agrees to pay the full shipping cost if the product has already been shipped to them.
  6. The store may cancel the transaction or sale, in whole or in part, in the following cases:
    • A typographical error occurred, whether in the product price or description.
    • In cases of force majeure, war, hostilities, terror, or any other event that prevents the proper continuation of the sale.
  7. Notification of the sale cancellation will be given to the buyers by phone or email to the address provided in the registration form.
  8. If the product is out of stock after an order has been placed, the store may cancel the sale or offer an equivalent alternative product. Notification of such a cancellation will be made in writing or by phone.

Product Delivery

  1. The store will ensure the delivery of the ordered product to the address entered by the customer on the registration form within the time specified on the product sale page unless stated otherwise and after credit card approval of the transaction.
  2. The store and/or suppliers will not be responsible for delays in product delivery in the following cases:
    • Force majeure, including war, hostilities, emergencies, and natural disasters.
    • Strikes by delivery companies.
  3. The delivery times stated on the product sale page refer only to business days (Sunday-Thursday, excluding Fridays, holiday eves, and holidays).

Shipping Costs

  1. The shipping fee for a “regular registered” shipment is included in the product price. If the customer wishes to upgrade the shipping type, they can do so on the “shopping cart” page, where the price for each shipping method will be displayed and added to the final payment amount.
  2. For installment sales, the store and/or supplier may charge the shipping fee in the first installment.
  3. The customer may collect the product directly from the store by prior arrangement with the store.
  4. It is agreed that in the case of customer pickup, no shipping fee will be charged.

  1. The images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and are not binding on the store.
  2. The store and/or anyone on its behalf will not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages caused to the user or a third party due to the use of the site.
  3. The store is not responsible for the assembly and/or installation of products purchased on the website. This responsibility lies with the customer and at their expense.
